Data Deletion

At NicheIQ, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the methods described below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to hritikpihal51299@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your NicheIQ account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Disconnect Instagram

You can disconnect your Instagram account from NicheIQ at any time by going to Settings → Connections in your NicheIQ dashboard and clicking "Disconnect." You can also revoke access directly from your Instagram app settings under Settings → Apps and Websites → Active.

Option 3: Delete Account

You can delete your entire NicheIQ account from Settings → Account in your dashboard. This will permanently delete all your data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your NicheIQ account and login credentials
  • All connected Instagram account data (profile info, access tokens)
  • All synced Instagram posts and engagement metrics
  • Your Content DNA profile (content pillars, hashtags, style analysis)
  • All chat sessions and message history with the AI co-pilot
  • All vector embeddings (text, visual, and transcript)
  • Content audit reports and analytics data
  • Location preferences and settings

We acknowledge your request within 48 hours

Data processing

All personal data is permanently removed from our databases

Completion

Deletion is completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • Deleting your data from NicheIQ does not affect your Instagram account or posts. Your Instagram content remains unchanged.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for service improvement purposes.
  • If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.
